1. The Short Version

BhaiFinder is a personal memory tool. Use it to save and find things that matter to you. Don't use it to store, distribute, or process harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Don't try to break or abuse our systems. That's the gist — the detailed rules follow.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use BhaiFinder to save, store, transmit, or share:

2.1 Illegal content

• Content that violates any applicable Indian or international law
• Material that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity (including drug trafficking, financial fraud, or money laundering)
• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party

2.2 Harmful content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises or exploits minors in any way — this is a zero-tolerance policy; we will immediately report such material to law enforcement
• Content that incites, glorifies, or promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or group
• Hate speech targeting any person or group based on race, caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality

2.3 Privacy-violating content

• Personal information of others without their consent (e.g. someone else's Aadhaar number, financial details, private communications)
• Content obtained through unauthorised access to others' accounts or devices

2.4 Malicious content

• Viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other harmful code
• Phishing links, scam pages, or deceptive content

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

3.1 Abuse the Service

• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, feature gates, or quota enforcement through any technical means
• Use the Service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Repeatedly create new accounts to exploit the free tier after prior accounts have been terminated

3.2 Attack our systems

• Attempt unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or administrative systems
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security research on our systems without prior written authorisation from us
• Attempt to intercept or modify communications between the app and our servers
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the BhaiFinder app

3.3 Use automated tools inappropriately

• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, scrape, or interact with the Service
• Automate the save, search, or reminder functions in a way that violates our rate limits or degrades service quality for other users

3.4 Misrepresent identity

• Impersonate BharatAI Solutions, our employees, or other users
• Create fake accounts or use the Service under a false identity for fraudulent purposes

3.5 Commercial misuse

• Resell, sublicence, or offer BhaiFinder's functionality as your own product or service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to extract data for competitive intelligence purposes

4. Sensitive Personal Data

BhaiFinder is designed for everyday saving — reels, links, visiting cards, reminders. Please do not save:

• Government ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport number)
• Financial account numbers, credit card details, or banking credentials
• Medical records or health information
• Passwords or authentication credentials

This content gets processed by our AI pipeline. While we have security measures in place, this is not an appropriate use of the Service, and we are not responsible for the security of such content if saved here.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@bhaifinder.com with:

• A description of the violation
• Any relevant screenshots or details

We will investigate and take appropriate action. We do not tolerate illegal content and will cooperate with law enforcement as required.

6. Consequences of Violation

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Remove content that violates this policy
• Report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We reserve the right to take these actions at our sole discretion.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Significant updates will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
